When you contact FabuHome, we may collect your name, email, phone number, project city or address, project type, timeline, budget range, notes, and any files or details you choose to submit. We may also collect basic website analytics such as pages viewed, referrers, device type, and approximate region.
We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your project, schedule consultations, prepare next steps, prevent spam, improve the website, and maintain business records.
FabuHome may use service providers such as Makeform for lead forms, Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics, Cloudflare Pages for hosting, and email or business tools for communication. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
FabuHome does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, this policy should be updated before the practice starts.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information by emailing info.fabuhome@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
FabuHome uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect inquiry information. No website or email system is perfect, so do not send sensitive financial, medical, or government ID information through the project form.
